硅橡胶隆鼻美容术并发症诱发因素分析及其处理措施

The analysis and treatment measures of complication of Silicone rhinoplasty surgery

目的:探讨硅橡胶隆鼻美容术并发症诱发因素及处理措施,有效的治疗及预防硅橡胶隆鼻术的并发症。方法:收集2010年12月至20012年3月间收治的50例行硅橡胶隆鼻术后出现并发症的患者,对术后出现的外形不美、假体偏移或漂浮等并发症进行总结分析,并总结并发症的处理措施。结果:对患者出现并发症诱因分析后所有患者均得了治愈,患者满意度为100%。结论:分析硅橡胶术后并发症的诱因并进行合理的治疗是解决并发症关键,同时对于隆鼻术进行积极的预防措施并发症是可以避免的。

Objective To evaluate the the the analysis and treatment measures of complication of Silicone rhinoplasty surgery and give a effective treatment and prevention of the complications of augmentation rhinoplasty with silicone rubber. Methods From December 2010 to March 2012,50 patients with Silicon rubber augmentation rhinoplasty complications. Not beautiful,the operation after the appearance of the shape of prosthesis migration or floating and other complications were analyzed and summarized the complications,treatment measures. Results The cure of complications in patients after inducement of all patients were scored,patient satisfaction was 100%. Conclusions Analysis of silicon rubber postoperative complications incentives and reasonable treatment is the key to solve the complications, and the prevention measures of the complications of augmentation rhinoplasty were positive can be avoided.
