宫腔镜手术治疗单角子宫成功妊娠三例报告及文献复习 被引量：11

摘要 单角子宫畸形罕见，其解剖结构变异多，初始症状不典型，以致诊断常被延迟。单角子宫可导致不孕症、复发性流产及早产，如与残角子宫并存，还可出现与残角子宫相关的症状。单角子宫不孕的治疗方法有限。复兴医院宫腔镜诊治中心于2010至2012年为3例单角子宫患者行官腔镜子宫壁切开术（TCUI），1例术后妊娠，因宫颈机能不全于孕中期流产，2例获活婴，现报道如下。
