array-CGH技术在染色体平衡易位携带者胚胎植入前遗传学诊断中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 微阵列比较基因组杂交(array comparative genomichybridization,array—CGH)技术是一种应用芯片技术同时微观分析整个基因组拷贝数变化的技术。array—CGH最初应用于基因表达分析、检测基因突变、检测肿瘤相关基因和肿瘤亚型及其他疾病的遗传学病因分析等,后用于绒毛染色体检查、染色体低拷贝数变化及异倍体检测、遗传病检测等怛j,目前已经成为肿瘤遗传学研究、产前诊断、病因学研究、临床诊断以及基因识别研究的重要工具。
