重症出血性脑卒中患者急性期运动和认知功能的动态观察

Dynamic Observation of Motor Function and Cognitive Disability of Patients with Severe Hemorrhagic Stroke during Acute Stage

目的：描述重症出血性脑卒中患者急性期运动和认知功能的动态变化模式。方法：以我科ICU收治的62例出血性卒中患者为研究对象，评估患者入院后1、3、6个月时的Rappaport残疾评定量表（DRS）、认知功能量表（FCI）评分。结果：与入院后1月比较，入院3、6月的DRS、FCI量表评分显著降低（P〈0．01）；各个专项指标在人院后6月内有明显改善。结论：出血性脑卒中患者的运动残疾程度在入院后6月内，特别是入院后1～3月会发生显著改善。

Objective： To characterize the temporal changes of motor and cognitive disability during the acute stage in hemorrhagic stroke patients. Methods： 62 hemorrhagic stroke patients admitted to the neurological inten- sive care unit at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University were recruited in this study. The functional disability （disability rating scale, DRS）, cognitive disability （functional cognitive index, FCI） and employment status were e- valuated at 1, 3 and 6 months after admission. Results： Compared with those measured at 1 month after admis- sion, the DRS and FCI scale scores of 3, 6 months after admission were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Each special index was obviously improved at 6 months after admission. Conclusion： Patients with hemorrhagic stroke showed improvement in movement disability during 6 months after admission.
