经颅电刺激治疗急性脑梗死患者肢体功能康复的临床疗效 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察经颅电刺激治疗急性脑梗死患者肢体功能康复的临床疗效。方法:急性脑梗死患者140例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例,2组患者均接受脑梗死常规药物、早期康复治疗,治疗组加用经颅电刺激治疗仪治疗。采用运动功能评分(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)分别于治疗前及治疗1月后评定。结果:治疗后2组FMA及BI评分均较前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组FMA及BI评分改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经颅电刺激术治疗可明显减轻急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,提高日常生活能力。 Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of transcranial electrical stimulation treatment on limbfunction rehabilitation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and forty patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n=70, each group ).Both the groups were treated with conventional cerebral infarction drug therapy and early rehabilitation treat- ment. And the treatment group was given transcranial electrical stimulation therapeutic treatment in addition to the routine therapy. All the patients were examined by Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and Barthel Index (BI) before the treatment and 1 month after treatment. Results: After the treatment, the FMA and BI scores of both groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment (P〈0.05). The improvement rate in FMA and BI scores in the treatment group patients were significantly improved compared with that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Transcranial electrical stimulation treatment can obviously reduce neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and imt^rove the ability of dailv life.
