摘要
目的采用不同浓度大肠杆菌制作慢性细菌性前列腺炎模型。方法选取SD大鼠36只,每组12只,随机分为空白对照组、低浓度组和高浓度组。高浓度及低浓度组给予相同剂量不同浓度的大肠杆菌注射大鼠前列腺,空白对照组注射等量生理盐水,4周后切片观察并做炎症评分及细菌检测。结果高浓度组4只大鼠死亡,高浓度以及低浓度组炎症评分均高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论低浓度组使用的细菌浓度更符合慢性细菌性前列腺炎的病理表现,且动物死亡率低,适用于大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎模型的建立。
Objective To establish the rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis with different concentrations of Escherichia coli (E. co-li ).Methods All of 36 SD rats were divided into to control group,low concentration group and high concentration group ( n = 12) . The high and low concentration groups were injected with the same dosage but different concentrations of E. coli,and the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline. The slice observation, chronic prostatitis symptom index and bacteria detection were performed after 4 weeks. Results There were 4 rats died in the high concentration group. The chronic prostatitis symptom index of both high concentration group and low concentration group were higher than that of control group ( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The lower concentration of E. coli is more suitable for establish the rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis with lower mortality of animal.
