3M医用胶带在模拟设计重睑线中的应用

摘要 目的探讨重睑线更有效的设计方法,以确保患者手术咨询成功率及减少其术前设计过程中的不良刺激。方法将临床100例要求重睑成形整形患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组取一段3M医用胶带,修剪出重睑的形态,将胶带贴于眼睑部,医患双方达成共识后,用记号笔在胶带上缘进行重睑线标记。对照组用细画签或注射针头在预重睑画线处将皮肤向上挑起,出现上睑皱褶后,用记号笔标记。分别观察两组患者睁眼保持时间、术前设计不良刺激率及手术咨询成功率。结果观察组可以长期保持睁眼状态,且睁眼保持时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组重睑线设计过程中无意外伤害发生,不良刺激率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术咨询成功率明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3M医用胶带应用于模拟设计重睑线能起到有效固定,在一定时间内有助于患者了解手术预期效果,减少了不良刺激的发生,同时避免了因意外伤害而引发的医疗纠纷。 Objective To explore a more effective method for double eyelid design and ensure the success rate of consultation regarding surgery,the adverse stimulus were reduced in preoperative design process. Methods 100 patients who required for double eyelid surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. A shaped 3M medical tape was used to help designing double eyelid before surgery in the observation group, and a marker or thin stick was used to provoke the upper eyelid skin in the control group. The eye opening time,the adverse stimulus and the success rate of consultation regarding surgery were observed and compared. Results patients in the observation group can keep their eyes opening for longer time than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; no accidental injuries occurred in observation group, and the rate of adverse stimulation was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ,whereas the success rate of consultation was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion 3 M medical adhesive tape could be applied to design double eyelid line before surgery. It can effectively fixed the upper eyelid fold, help patients to understand the design in a certain period of time, and reduce the occurrence of adverse stimulus. The psychological burden of patients was relieved in some degree, and the disputes those caused by accidental injury were avoided.
