摘要
目的观察2 450 MHz的电磁辐射暴露后大鼠不同脑区的氧化应激反应。方法随机将大鼠分为对照组,1 mW/cm2组,5 mW/cm2组和10 mW/cm2组,分别接受功率密度为0 mW/cm2、1 mW/cm2、5 mW/cm2和10 mW/cm2的2 450 MHz的电磁辐射暴露,检测额皮质、海马、纹状体和小脑组织中的脂质过氧化产物(MDA)含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果额皮质MDA含量在1 mW/cm2组、5 mW/cm2组和10 mW/cm2组均可见增高。海马组织MDA含量升高见于5 mW/cm2组和10 mW/cm2组。额皮质和海马组织CAT活性在5 mW/cm2组和10 mW/cm2组均可见降低。纹状体和小脑MDA含量升高及CAT活性降低仅见于10 mW/cm2电磁辐射暴露组。结论 2 450 MHz的电磁辐射暴露引起了大鼠额皮质、海马、纹状体和小脑组织的氧化应激反应。电磁辐射暴露后,皮质和海马组织氧化应激反应较纹状体和小脑更为敏感。
Objective To study oxidative stress effects of 2 450 MHz electromagnetic fields (EMF) on different encephalic regions in rats. Methods 24 aduh male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, 1 mW/cm2 group, 5 mW/cm2 group and 10 ulW/em2 group, and they were exposed to 0 mW/cm2 , 1 mW/cm2 , 5 mW/cm2 and 10 mW/em: 2 450 MHz EMF respectively. After the exposure, the levels of MDA and CAT activity in frontal cortex, hippocampus, corpora striatum and cerebellum were measured. Results The MDA levels of frontal cortex were increased in 1 roW/era2 group, 5 mW/cm2 group and 10 roW/era2 group. The MDA levels of hippoeampus were increased in 5 mW/cm: group and 10 roW/cruZ group. The levels of CAT activity of frontal cortex and hippocampus were reduced both in 5 mW/cm2 group and 10 mW/cm2 group. MDA activity increase and CAT activity decrease of corpora striatum and cerebellum occurred merely in 10 mW/cm2 group. Conclusion 2 450 MHz EMF will induce oxidative stress in frontal cortex, hippocampus, corpora striatum and cerebellum. And after being exposured to EMF, the frontal cortex and hippoeampus are more sensitive to oxidative stress induced by EMF compared with corpora striatum and cerebellum.
