固定正畸治疗矫治前后错颌畸形严重程度与患者满意度相关研究

Relationship between patients satisfaction and degree of malocclusion before and after fixed orthodontic treatment

目的探讨固定正畸治疗患者矫治前后错颌畸形严重程度与患者满意度的相关性。方法选取我院口腔科2010年6月至2011年6月治疗的96例固定正畸治疗患者为研究对象,测量患者矫治前后错颌畸形严重程度和调查患者满意度,探讨矫治前后错颌畸形严重程度与患者满意度的相关性。结果患者前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合、后牙咬合关系、中线关系矫治前后错牙合畸形严重程度评分差值均明显低于牙弓拥挤度,差异有显著性(P<0.05),患者前牙覆盖、前牙覆牙合、中线关系矫治前后错牙合畸形严重程度差值与后牙咬合关系差异无显著性(P>0.05),固定正畸治疗患者矫治前后错颌畸形严重程度总值与医患关系、医师处理、推荐他人治疗、综合满意、牙齿现状、再次治疗、矫正时间、矫正费用呈现正相关(r=0～1)。结论口腔固定正畸治疗是治疗错颌畸形的重要措施之一,错颌畸形患者满意度较高,患者矫治前后错牙合畸形严重程度与患者满意度之间存在正相关。

Objective To investigate relationship between patients satisfaction and degree of malocclusion before and after fixed ortho- dontic treatment. Methods 96 patients who were treated with fixed orthodontic treatment in the department of stomatology in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were chosen as the research object. Measured the degree of malocclusion before and after treatment and the degree of satisfaction to find out the relationship between patients satisfaction and degree of malocclusion. Results The score difference of anterior overjet, anterior overbite, posterior occlusal relationship, midline relation, and degree of malocclusion before and after treatment were obviously lower than that of dental arch crowding （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with posterior occlusal relationship, the changes of anterior overjet, anterior overbite, midline relation, and degree of malocclusion before and after were of no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The degree of malocclusion before and after treatment were of positive correlation with doctor-patient relationship, doctor treatment, recommending others for treatment, comprehensive satisfaction,present situation of teeth, secondary treatment,correct time and correct cost （r = 0 - 1 ）. Conclusion Oral fixed orthodontic treatment is one of the important measures for malocclusion and it is of high patient satisfaction. The degree of maloc- clusion before and after treatment were of positive correlation with patients satisfaction.
