胰腺移植手术方式研究进展
Progress in surgery of pancreas transplantation
摘要
糖尿病患者晚期并发糖尿病肾病、糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病视网膜病变等，造成患者致残、致死。在糖尿病的所有治疗手段中，胰腺移植分泌胰岛素及胰高血糖素的模式最接近于生理，可长期稳定地控制血糖，尽量减少血糖波动，在一定程度上能延缓或改善糖尿病晚期并发症的发生。美国明尼苏达州立大学的Kelly和Lillehei早在1966年就开展了世界上第1例胰腺移植手术，经过数十年的的发展，目前该手术已被美国糖尿病协会接受为1型糖尿病合并终末期肾病（ESRD）的标准治疗。本文就胰腺移植主要手术方式、手术过程进行综述，探讨胰腺移植手术中供胰的修整及内、外分泌的引流方式的处理。
