环境友好型缓蚀剂在浓缩海水中对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能

摘要 为解决海水作为循环冷却水系统补充水时存在的腐蚀问题,制备了一种含有聚天冬氨酸的环境友好型海水缓蚀剂。采用失重法、电化学法研究了该缓蚀剂在浓缩海水中对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能。采用扫描电镜对腐蚀试片的表面进行了观察。结果表明,当试验温度为40℃时,海水缓蚀剂的用量为150 mg·L^(-1)时,缓蚀率达到96.31%,可有效抑制碳钢在海水中的腐蚀。 An enviromentally friendly corrosion inhibitor containing polyaspartic acid was prepared in order to solve the problem of corrosion in concentrated seawater. The corrosion inhibition performance was evaluated by weight loss and electrochemical methods. The corrosion testing specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the corrosion inhibitor has good corrosion inhibition performance in concentrated seawater.The corrosion inhibition rate was about 96. 31% when the concentration of corrosion inhibitor was 150 ·L^-1 in concentrated seawater at 40℃.
