摘要 通过一系列标准试验测定出聚合物混凝土材料的物理性能参数,根据工艺要求设计出电解槽结构及尺寸,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对聚合物混凝土电解槽进行了强度校核与变形分析,并对有限元分析结果进行可靠性验证。结果表明,ANSYS有限元分析方法与实际验证试验基本吻合,聚合物混凝土电解槽的强度和刚度完全满足应用要求,为电解槽的设计提供了理论依据。 The property parameters of polymer concrete were tested firstly, and then the construction and dimension of an electrolytic cell were designed according to technologied requirements. The strength and deformation of the polymer concrete electrolytic cell were analyzed using analysis software ANSYS based on finite element. And the element analysis results were verified by the dimensional stability test. The results show that the verification test was consistent with the ANSYS analysis, the strength of the polymer concrete electrolytic cell achieved the using requirements, and the deformation of the cell was smaller than the limit. The conclusion provides the theoretical foundation for the design of electrolytic cell.
