摘要 对铜镀银、铜镀镍、铜喷铝和铜镀锌等材料在富含H_2S,SO_2和NH_3等腐蚀性气体环境中进行了腐蚀试验和盐雾腐蚀试验。结果表明,氨对铜基材表面镀层破坏程度最大,硫化氢和二氧化硫次之;在试验条件下,四种材料的耐蚀性能强弱依次为铜喷铝、铜镀锌、铜镀银和铜镀镍。铜表面镀层一旦腐蚀,会很快在腐蚀部位发生大面积加速腐蚀,因此,在部件的运输和安装施工中尽量减少对保护层的破坏。 Sliver plated copper, nickel plated copper, aluminum sprayed copper and zinc plated copper were choosed to study the effect of atmospheric environment on metal material corrosion by means of corrosion testing in simulation corrosive gas environments containing H2S, SO2 and NH3, and salt spray testing. The results show that the corrosion of surface coatings on copper substrate caused by ammonia was the most serious and the next were by hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide. The corrosion resistance of four materials in turn is as follows: Al sprayed Cu〉 Zn plated Cu〉 Ag plated Cu〉 Ni plated Cu. Once the coatings on the Cu was corroded, large area corrosion will occur around it, so the destroy by materials' transportation and setting must be reduced.
