摘要
阐述了多相流与腐蚀的关系,分析了多相流流型、相转变温度、CO_2分压、H_2S分压、压力降及流速对腐蚀产生的影响。在油气田,多相流的数学计算模型主要有冲蚀极限流速的计算,冲蚀预测模型,缓蚀剂吸附模型等,应用这几种模型可以对现场腐蚀情况进行预判,最后对腐蚀监测技术、防腐蚀措施进行了深入的阐述,并提出了建议。
The relationship between multiphase flow and corrosion ts descnoea m uu~ l~,~v' multiphase flow mode, phase transition temperature, CO2 partial pressure, H2 S pratial poessure, pressure drop and flow rate on corrosion are analyzed. Mathematical calculation models of rnultiphase flow in oil and gas field mainly are the limited velocity calculation of erosion, erosion prediction model and corrosion inhibitor adsorption model. These models can predict the corrosion in scene. And the corrosion monitoring technology, anti corrosion measures are described in depth, and some suggestions are proposed.
