虽然延续他以前的创作思路,依然关注敏感题材,但是相比于之前的小说,陈应松在这个女同性恋题材故事中传达出了创作上的一些改变:由一种主要是浪漫力量的抒写开始向内转,去写细腻的情感故事;同时也是由写"硬"的故事向"软"的故事的转向。这说明作家在寻求变化。

Chen Ying-song continues his creative ideas-concerning sensitive subject matter. But the theme of lesbian in this novel conveys changes： from appreciating romance to describing delicate emotions; from ＂hard＂ stories to ＂soft＂ stories. This presents that the writer is seeking changes.
