裂殖壶菌SL1101的分离及其产DHA发酵工艺的优化 被引量:1

摘要 目的从海南东寨港红树林腐败树叶上分离裂殖壶菌,并提高菌株SL1101的DHA产量。方法采用松花粉垂钓法分离裂殖壶菌,对菌株SL1101发酵生产DHA的培养基组成与培养条件进行优化。结果筛选得到40株裂殖壶菌,获得菌株SL1101发酵生产DHA的最佳碳源、氮源、盐度、pH值及培养时间等参数。结论优化条件下,菌体干重达到20.6g·L-1,DHA产量为4.53g·L-1,比优化前提高了2.79倍。 Objective To isolate and screen Schizochytriurn sp. from rotten leaves collected from Dong- zhaigang National Mangrove Nature Reserve in Hainan province and increase DHA yield produced by strain SLll01. Methods Schizochytrium spp. was separated by using pine pollen as bait and the fer- mentation media and conditions of strain SL1101 were studied. Results A total of forty Schizochytrium strains was obtained. The carbon source, nitrogen source, salinity, pH value and culture time were op- timized. Conclusion Under optimized conditions, the dry weight of cell was up to 20. 6 g L-1 and DHA yield to 4.53 g L-1 , which was 2. 79 times higher than the parent.
