新型双硼酸树脂的制备及其与神经节苷脂GM1结合性质的研究

Research on the preparation of a novel biboronic acid-containing resin and its binding property with ganglioside GM1

摘要 为了简便地提取分离细胞膜表面特异寡糖,以氨甲基聚苯乙烯树脂和对溴甲基苯硼酸为原料,制备了1种带有双硼酸功能基团的新型树脂,并定量地研究了该树脂与单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)结合能力。结果表明该树脂与GM1在碱性水溶液和氯仿中结合率较高,分别为83%和94%,但在水和甲醇中的结合率分别为23%和51%;结合在树脂上的GM1可以在酸性溶液中简便地解离下来。这表明该树脂在提取分离细胞膜表面特异寡糖方面值得进一步研究。 To isolate specific oligosaccharides on the cell surface, a novel biboronic acid-containing resin was first prepared by reaction of the aminomethyl polystyrene resin with p-bromomethyl benzeneboronic acid. The resin could bind with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside (GM1). The binding ability of the resin with GM1 was studied quantitatively. The results showed that the binding ratios were high in the basic aqueous solution and chloroform, which were 83% and 94%. But the binding ratios were only 23% and 51% in water and methanol. The GMlcould be dissociated from the resin easily in the acid so- lution.
