摘要
制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)/炭黑(CB)复合材料,研究CB粒子的加入对PS基纳米复合材料黏弹性的影响,以及时温等效原理在该复合体系中的适用性。结果发现,在120~200℃温度区间内,时温等效原理是适用的,但CB粒子的加入会影响水平平移因子,特别是当体系中形成填料网络时水平平移因子的变化更大,而垂直平移因子则不受CB粒子加入的影响。当温度高于200℃时,复合材料的动态频率扫描曲线不能通过平移的方法获得平滑的主曲线,即时温等效原理不再适用。
The polystyrene / carbon black (CB) composites were prepared. The influence of CB particles on viscoelasticity of composites was studied. The applicability of time-temperature superposition in the composite systems was also studied. The results show that time-temperature superposition holds at temperatures between 120 - 200 ℃, though the addition of CB influences the hori- zontal shifting factor at high temperatures especially when a filler network appears. But the vertical shift factor is not subject to the impact of CB particles.When temperature is higher than 200℃, dynamic frequency sweep curve of composite can not be obtained by translating method, time-temperature superposition fails in the composite systems.
