排尿诱发的癫癎1例报告并文献复习
摘要
排尿诱发的癫癎住临床上报道很少，我们报道的1例患者泌尿系本身排尿正常，均在一次正常排尿过程中出现发作，未出现过自发性发作，考虑为排尿诱发的癫痫。对于临床上考虑排尿性晕厥的患者需要仔细与排尿诱发的癫癎相鉴别，以免延误患者的治疗。
