摘要
在田间试验条件下,对20a树龄库尔勒香梨设置不同有机物料(生物黑炭、羊粪)的施肥处理,用原子吸收光谱法测定香梨中7种矿质元素的含量。结果表明:库尔勒香梨果实中Ca,Mg,Fe,Na元素的含量相对较高,Zn,Cu,Mn元素的含量相对较低。施用有机物料能明显提高香梨Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Na元素的含量,且随着有机物料施入量的增加,其提高效果越明显,施肥效应表现为:羊粪>生物黑炭。
Different treatments of organic materials(biological black carbon and sheep excrement)for 20-years Korla fragrant pear were set in the field.Contents of seven mineral elements in Korla fragrant pear were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).Results showed that contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,and Na in Korla fragrant pear were relatively high,and contents of Zn,Cu,and Mn were relatively low.Usage of organic materials could improve contents of these mineral elements in Korla fragrant pear.The higher usage of organic materials was,the better the impact was.The order of fertilizer effects was sheep excrementbiological black carbon.
