基于生态适宜性的济南市山地丘陵区荒地资源开发研究

Exploitation of Uncultivated Land Based on Ecological Suitability——A Case Study in Hill and Mountain Area of Ji′nan City

荒地资源是重要的后备耕地资源,其开发应以土地适宜性为依据,在生态安全目标的约束前提下,保证生态免受破坏。以济南市山地丘陵区为研究区域,构建土地利用生态适宜性综合评价模型,估算宜耕荒地的开发潜力。结果表明:受生态条件和土地限制性因素的制约,研究区荒地资源质量较差,其中最适宜开发为耕地的荒地仅占3.33%,中等适宜开发为耕地的荒地占19.38%,勉强适宜开发为耕地的荒地占24.66%,不适宜开发的荒地面积最大,占52.63%。研究结果可为济南市山地丘陵区荒地资源的合理开发利用提供科学依据。

As the reserve cultivated land resources,uncultivated land should be exploited based on its suitability,meanwhile land exploitation should avoid ecological destruction for the aim of ecological security.Taking hill and mountain area of Ji′nan City as an example,land use ecological suitability evaluation model was established to calculate the exploitation potential of uncultivated land suitable for cultivated land.The results showed that limited by ecological condition and land limiting factors,the quality of uncultivated land is lower in research area.The area of uncultivated land most suitable for cultivated land is only accounted for 3.33%,the secondary suitability area and reluctant suitability area is respectively accounted for 19.38% and 24.66%,the largest is the area of uncultivated land which is not suitable for exploitation accounted for 52.63%.The results of the present work can provide scientific references for reasonably exploiting uncultivated land resources in hill and mountain area of Ji′nan city.
