Manufacture Technology of Curve-shaped Steel Box Girder

摘要 曲线形钢箱梁结构特殊,桥轴线形复杂,工厂制作及桥位安装难度大,目前在大跨度斜拉桥中运用较少。但随着钢桥事业的发展,曲线形钢箱梁以其造型美观、对地域的适应性强等特点在公路桥梁中将会大量采用。以大榭第二大桥为例,介绍一种曲线形钢箱梁节段厂内制作及桥位施工技术,为同类钢桥梁制作提供借鉴。 For the curve-shaped steel box girder structures, due to its special structure and complicated axis shape, it is difficult to manufacture in plant and install at site, hence this structure is seldom used for long-span cable-stayed bridge. However with the development of steel bridges, curve-shaped steel box girder will be extensively developed in future highway bridges with its beautiful appearance and strong adaptability. This paper takes the Daxie Second Bridge as an example to briefly introduce the segment manufacture in plant and the site construction technology which may provide some reference for same kind of steel bridges.
