摘要
超音速分离技术因其诸多优点在天然气脱水脱烃方面应用广泛,并在液化领域逐步得到试验他应用。文中介绍了国内外超音速分离过程的数值模拟研究现状,对天然气超音速分离器中的凝结过程和流动过程的现有模型及数值方法及适用性进行了比较和分析,给出了天然气超音速分离、液化过程研究中凝结流动模型选取的建议,并对数值模拟结果进行了分析和总结。
Supersonic swirling separating has been widely applied in the dehydration and heavy hydrocarbons separation in natural gas industry for its special advantages,and has been increasingly tried for application in the liquefaction field.In this paper,the models and numerical methods of condensation flow in supersonic swirling separator with natural gas were compared and analysed.The applicable models for the liquefaction process of natural gas through this device were suggested.The result of numerical simulation was summarized.
