改革现有教学模式,在基本知识和基本技能的基础上,加强创造性思维能力的培养,通过创新教育培养创造型人才已成为新媒体与信息网络专业教育的重中之重。新媒体与信息网络专业人才培养的创新策略可从如下几方面实施:其一,人才培养的理念由"一专多通"细化成"以专立身,以通结群";其二,通过跨院合作与院媒互动来提升师资力量;其三,课程的设置应该注重理念传授,同时,应该重视行业法规、国家政策的掌握;其四,增强学生团队意识,提升本专业人才的传媒观察与数据分析能力。
