水溶性甘草多糖的分离纯化、结构及生物活性研究进展

Development of the Isolation,Purification,Structure and Bioactivities of Water-soluble Glycyrrhiza Polysaccharides

甘草是广泛使用的中药材之一。甘草中含有多种活性物质,甘草多糖作为主要的活性大分子,具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗补体以及免疫调节等生物活性。本文对近年来水溶性甘草多糖的分离纯化、结构解析以及生物活性研究的最新进展进行综述。

Licorice is one of the most widely used traditional herbal medicines, and many proscriptions of traditional Chi- nese medicine contain licorice. Licorice contains a variety of active substances, among which glyeyrrhiza polysaceharides are the main active macromoleeular ingredients different from small maleeules. It has been reported that glyeyrrhiza poly- saecharides have biological activities such as anti-tumor, anti-vlrus, antioxidant, anti-complement and immune regulation. In the present work, recent development on the isolation and purification, especially the development on structural analy- sis and bioaetivities of water soluble glyeerrhiza oolvsaceharides wero roviewed and summarized.
