摘要
"生态补偿体系"的构建是顺利实施生态补偿的理论基础。"生态补偿体系"是由补偿主体、补偿客体、补偿媒介、自然实体四方面实体及其之间的相互作用构成的有机整体。该体系具有整体性、层次性和开放性的特征。整体性体现为体系内部各要素之间的各种相互作用;从系统的子系统和分系统两个方向对该体系的层次性进行分析;开放性主要体现为生态补偿体系与其环境的相互作用。
The establishment of ＂eco-compensation system＂ is the foundation of putting eco-compensation in practice. ＂Eco- compensation system＂ is an organic unity which is composed of compensation subjects, compensation objects, compensation media, natural entities and the interactions between one another. Integrity, hierarchy, openness are the main features of it. Integrity embodies in all kinds of interactions inside the system; Hierarchy of the system is analyzed from two aspects of subsystem and component; Openness embodies in the interactions between eco-compensation system and its environment.
