摘要
运用2001-2010年中国九个主要林业省份的投入产出数据,采用DEA方法,测算林业全要素生产率。研究表明,九个主要林业省份的林业TFP总体较低,其中技术进步和技术效率是阻碍林业全要素增长的主要因素,特别是纯技术效率较低。分时期来看,与“十五”时期相比,“十一五”时期九个主要林业省份的TFP有一定程度的增长。
This paper calculates the forestry total factor productivity of nine major forestry provinces by using the input-output data from 2001 to 2010. The result shows that the forestry total factor productivity in nine major forestry provinces is low. And technological and technical efficiency are the main factors to hinder the growth of forestry total factor productivity. Especially, the forestry pure technical efficiency is lower. The forestry total factor productivity exists distinction during different period. Such as the forestry total factor productivity from 2006 to 2010 is higher than that of from 2001 to 2005.
