摘要
由于大量的碳排放引起的全球变暖效应,已引起很多国家和企业的关注。在工业领域,通过低碳化分析、数学模型的应用、新制造方法和技术能够减少碳排放,但并没有系统介绍低碳制造的方法。文章依据低碳制造的概念和特征,通过建立低碳制造的系统分析框架,框架将优化方法、微制造和转移制造结合来分析低碳制造的加工过程,并讨论低碳制造在各个加工制造领域应用的现实可行性。
Due to the large amount of carbon emissions caused by the effect of global warming, that has attracted the attention of many countries and enterprises. In the industrial field, low carbon analysis, the application of mathematical models, new manufacturing methods and technologies can reduce carbon emissions, but there is no system of low carbon manufacturing method. In this paper the system analysis framework of low carbon manufacturing is established based on the concept and characteristics of low carbon manufacturing. The framework combines optimization method, micro- factory and devolved manufacturing to analyze the process of low carbon manufacturing. According to carbon dioxide sources, carbon dioxide from process, resoaarce utilization, waste minimization and energy efficiency, the framework evaluates the effectiveness of low carbon manufacturing. Finally, the feasible application of low carbon manufacturing is discussed on various manufacturing.
