On the Construction of Internet Ecological Civilization

网络生态文明是现实社会生态文明的延伸,它的产生与发展,使人类社会的生态文明呈现出二重化特征。然而伴随着虚拟社会的高度繁荣,网络生态文明面临着负面信息污染失控蔓延、虚拟社会资源浪费严重、网络文化安全风险泛化、社会风险爆发频率加快、物质与精神冲突激烈等危机的挑战。为了构建高质量的网络生态文明,必须从建立多元主体共同参与的治理模式、健全网络生态文明法制体系、提升网络生态文明主体的综合素养、强化隐性网络社区管理、消除网络生态文明主体的不均衡等方面入手,化解危机衍生出的多种负面影响。

Internet ecological civilization is the expansion of that in real society, and its emergence and development have rendered the human society to display a duplex character. However, accompanying the high prosperity of the fictitious society, internet ecological civilization is facing many challenges including the pollution, losing of control, and overspreading of negative information, serious waste of fictitious social resources, generalized risks in internet culture security, acceleration of the exploding frequency of social risks, and fierce conflicts between materials and mentality etc. In order to construct an internet ecological civilization of high quality, we must begin with the aspects such as establishing the governing model jointly participated by multiple parties, improving the legal system for the internet ecological civilization, enhancing the comprehensive quality of the parties in internet ecological civilization, strengthening the management of recessive internet community, and eliminating the imbalance in the parties of internet ecological civilization etc, so as to get rid of the various negative impact derived from the crisis.
