3种药剂对采后菠萝品质的影响

摘要 以"巴厘"菠萝为试材,用咪鲜胺,萘乙酸,2,4-D分别处理,研究了不同处理的菠萝在常温和低温下相关生理指标。结果表明,3种药剂均可减轻常温贮藏期菠萝黑心病;低温贮藏时,只在贮藏前12天效果显著,萘乙酸减轻黑心病效果最好。萘乙酸和2,4-D两种药剂可以延缓常温贮藏菠萝的衰老,萘乙酸可延缓低温贮藏菠萝的衰老;萘乙酸可有效减缓失重率,保持常温贮藏菠萝的可溶性固形物含量,提高低温贮藏时可溶性固形物含量,降低低温贮藏时可滴定酸含量;3种药剂可提高常温下菠萝的维生素C含量。其中以萘乙酸保鲜效果最好。 Physiological indexes of "Comte de Paris" pineapple treated with sportak, NAA and 2, 4- D, respectively, were investigated under room-temperature storage and cold-temperature storage. The results showed that all the 3 chemical treatments reduced the severity of pineapple blackheart during room-temperature storage. However, the chemicals only alleviated the blaekheart during the first 12 days of cold- temperature storage. NAA showed the best effect under both storage conditions. NAA and 2, 4-D delayed the senescence of pineapple during room-temperature storage, and NAA could also delay the senescence of pineapple during cold-temperature storage. The optimum chemical for preventing the weight loss of harvested pineapple was NAA. Compared to the control, the NAA-treated pineapple retained TSS content during room-temperature storage, also increased the TSS content and decreased the titratahle acid content during col&temperature storage. These 3 chemicals increased the vitamin C content of the pineapple during room-temperature storage. Over all, the optimum preservative chemical for pineapple was NAA.
