摘要
采用常规组织分离法,从麻疯树叶片内部分离得到一株出现频率极高的内生真菌菌株M1,经形态观察将M1菌株初步鉴定为一种青霉,通过与苹果腐烂病菌、桃流胶病菌、核桃溃疡病菌等3种供试病原真菌的平面对峙培养。结果表明,M1菌株对3种不同的供试病原菌均有抑制作用,拮抗系数均达II级,其中对苹果腐烂病菌的菌落造成变色坏死。说明麻疯树内生真菌具有作为生防菌的潜能。
An endophytic fungus (M1) isolated from leaves of Jatropha curcas by tissue isolation method in a high frequency was morphologically classified as Penicilliurn fellutanum. The antibacterial activities against Cytospora mandushurica, Botryosphaeia ribis and walnut Botryosphaeria dothidea were tested by dual culture technique. The result showed that M1 had antibacterial activities to all tested fruit tree pathogens, and the inhibition index reached grade II, and caused discoloration and necrosis to the colony of Cytospora mandushurica. The study showed that endophytic fungi Penicilliurn fellutanum from Jatropha curcas had immense potential to serve as a biocontrol agent.
