果树MicroRNA检测技术研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微RNA(MicroRNAs,miRNA)是一类广泛存在于真核生物中具有调控功能的内源性非编码RNA分子,miRNA表达谱系的差异与各种各样的生物调节途径有关。对目前果树miRNA研究中常见的检测方法——Northern blotting检测、ISH检测、miRNA芯片检测、测序检测和基于RT-PCR的检测做一简单介绍。
