浸入式超滤膜系统去除污染河水中有机物的效果 被引量:5

Immersed Ultrafiltration Membrane for Treatment of Organic Substances in Polluted River Water

摘要 针对城镇污染河水的净化,构建了具有自抖动、超滤与曝气协同处理特点的超滤系统,考察了其净化效果,研究了超滤膜所去除有机物组分及无机悬浮颗粒的形态。超滤系统对有机物的去除率达47.5%,所去除的悬浮物中COD的比例为52.2%,系统对不溶性COD的去除率高达84%,对可溶性COD的去除率仅为24.4%;过膜前后悬浮物粒径峰值由大向小移动;同时在膜滤出水中检测出微米级颗粒物,说明小分子物质发生了团聚现象。 Aiming at the purification of urban polluted rivers, an uhrafihration-aeration membrane system with self-jitter was designed. The purifying effect of the system was investigated, and the forms of the removed organic and inorganic suspended particles were analyzed. The system could remove 47.5 % of organic components, 84% of insoluble COD, and only 24.4% of soluble COD. The proportion of COD in removed suspended particles was 52.2%. The peak of the suspended particle size became smaller after passing through the membrane. Micron particles were detected in the treated water, which indicated the agglomeration of small molecules during this process.
