草酸在浸没式MBR膜化学清洗中的应用与分析 被引量:1

摘要 如何通过各种清洗手段尽可能地去除膜污染、恢复膜通量,是膜厂家以及膜使用方共同探索的课题。通过两例以草酸为酸洗化学药剂的清洗案例,并与常规酸洗药剂(柠檬酸)进行对比,揭示了在工业组分含量较高的城镇污水处理厂的膜清洗过程中,草酸对膜表面富集的工业性无机组分和金属Fe有较好的去除效果,采用草酸方案清洗后膜通量恢复显著。 Removal of membrane fouling and recovery of membrane flux through various cleaning methods have become the subject of interest for membrane manufacturers and membrane users. Two cleaning eases of using oxalic acid as pickling chemical agent revealed that oxalic acid had an advantage over citric acid in removing industrial inorganic components and metal Fe. The Fe was enriched on the membrane surface during membrane cleaning in municipal sewage treatment plants with a high proportion of industrial wastewater. In addition, oxalic acid played a good role in inorganics and Fe removal and contributed to membrane flux recovery.
