临沂市老城区初期雨水污染现状与调蓄策略 被引量:7

Present Situation and Control Strategy on Initial Rainwater Pollution in Old Urban Area of Linyi City

摘要 以临沂市老城区合流制排水系统初期雨水污染控制工程为研究对象,对该区排水系统和雨水污染现状进行了全面考察,在此基础上提出了雨水调蓄策略,并对初期雨水污染控制工程效益进行预测。结果表明:临沂市老城区现状调蓄标准仅为2.4 mm,初期雨水污染严重,宜提高初期雨水调蓄标准至20 mm;调蓄策略可实现年去除2 488 t的SS、1 654 t的COD、27 t的TP,对SS、COD和TP的去除率分别达到79%、73%、60%,溢流次数减少至5次以内,可有效缓解该区域的内涝和初期雨水污染问题。本研究为控制城市河道及受纳水体初雨污染、改善城市水环境状况提供了新的解决思路,并提出了工程效益指数分析方法,具有一定的工程借鉴意义。 The combined sewer system and initial rainwater pollution in the old urban area of Linyi City were investigated. The rainwater storage strategy for increasing the combined sewer system capacity and controlling initial rainwater pollution was proposed, and the benefits of the initial rainwater pollution control project were forecasted. The results showed that due to the storage standard of only 2.4 mm, the initial rainwater pollution was serious, so the initial rainwater storage standard should be increased to 20 mm. The storage strategy could annually remove 2 488 t SS, 1 654 t COD and 27 t TP, with removal rates of 79%, 73% and 60% , respectively. The overflow frequency was reduced to within 5 events, effectively alleviating waterlogging problems and initial rainwater pollution in the area. The findings provided solutions for controlling the initial rainwater pollution for urban rivers and other receiving water bodies and for improving the urban water environment. The engineering efficiency index method was proposed to provide reference for related engineering projects.
