论现代大学制度的基本范畴

On the Basic Categories of Modern University System

现代大学制度是支撑现代大学的存在,维持其正常的办学秩序,并促进其功能实现的制度。现代大学制度的概念在我国的出现始于20世纪90年代中期,关于其基本范畴的阐述,概括起来主要有三种主张:理念或精神范畴论、中国现实范畴论和一般范畴论。三大范畴论的划分只是针对现代大学制度研究的总体情况而言的,还有其他范畴存在,而且三大范畴论中还存在差别很大、甚至在一定程度上对立的主张,同时也存在相互交叉的主张。美国学者罗斯布莱特关于现代大学制度的阐述并没有将其局限于理念或精神,更没有将其聚焦于管理制度,是比较宽泛意义上的。从最一般的类的角度看,各国现代大学制度的基本范畴大致包括了制度精神、法人制度、行政制度和职能制度等四个方面,每一个方面都有着丰富的内容。

Modern university system is to support the existence of the modem university ,to maintain its normal running order and promote their capabilities to achieve their function.The emergence of the concept of the modern university system in China began in the mid-1990s, as to the elaboration on its basic categories,it can be summed up in three ideas, including ideas or spiritual category theory, Chinese reality category theory and general category theory.The three category division is just for the research on modern university system in terms of the overall situation ,there are other categories existing ,but there are still big difference among the three categories, and to some extent,even contradictory,and at the same time there are also other cross-claims.The American scholar Sheldon Rothblatt＇s discussion on the modern university system is not limited to the idea or spiritual, not focused on the management system,is relatively in a broad sense.From the most general class perspective,the basic categories of the modern university system generally include the spiritual system,the legal system,the administrative system and the function system.
