摘要
高等教育内涵式发展是我国高等教育大众化成熟阶段的必然趋势。高等教育供需矛盾、提高教学与科研质量、国际高等教育发展趋势等是我国进行高等教育内涵式发展的现实依据。我国高等教育内涵式发展道路上阻碍因素主要表现为:高等教育行政化管理体制,教学和科研资源不公平性以及办学规模与定位趋同化。为此,应从理念维度、目标维度、生态维度以及制度维度四个方面构建我国高等教育内涵式发展的模式。
This paper points out the practical basis of higher education connotative development including the supply and demand contradiction, the improvement of teaching and scientific research quality and the trend of international higher education.The obstacles in our higher education connotative development are mainly reflected in administration management system of higher education, unfairness of teaching and scientific research resources and assimilation of school scope and location.Therefore ,we propose to build connotative development model of higher education in China from dimensions of concept, target, ecology and institution.
