摘要
通过对浙江省2012年验收通过的77个现代农业园区的统计分析,从规范生产、质量安全和经济生态效益等视角,评价了以现代农业园区为平台的浙江农业标准化建设绩效及其主要实施经验,并结合园区标准化建设过程中存在的不足,对基于现代农业园区平台的浙江农业标准化工作提出了诸如加大政策支持力度、提高应用标准要求、完善长效推广机制和建立事后评估机制等政策建议。
The paper evaluated performance and experience of the construction of agricultural standardization based on modern agricultural park of Zhejiang province in different perspectives, including regulating the production, quality and safety, and economic and ecological benefits, by statistical analysis of 77 modern agricultural parks which have been accepted by the government in 2012. In addition, combining with the lack of park standardized construction process, we made recommendations for agricultural standardization work of Zhejiang province, such as increasing policy support, raising application standards, improving the long-term promotion mechanism, building ex post evaluation mechanism and so on.
