中国牧区半牧区县肉牛生产发展现状及未来趋势

Development Status and Future Trends of Beef Cattle Production of Counties in China's Pastoral and Semi-pastoral Areas

在研究中国牧区半牧区县肉牛生产发展基本情况的基础上,分析了中国肉牛产业当前面临的主要形势,在此基础上对其未来发展趋势进行预测,并提出了今后发展的相关建议。研究表明,2000年以来,中国牧区半牧区县的牧业人口数总体保持增长;牧区半牧区县牛出栏量呈上升趋势,牛肉产量保持增长,两者年平均增长速度均高于全国水平,由此表明牧区肉牛生产能力在逐步提升。值得注意的是,当前牧区仍面临繁育提供架子牛重任、草原生态保护和生产发展方式转型等。未来,牧区肉牛生产将逐步由繁育和育肥为主向全产业链发展,养殖模式呈多元化,注重草原生态保护的肉牛养殖将受到重视,总体生产发展保持稳定。

This article firstly analyzed the development of beef cattle production of counties in China＇s pastoral and semi-pastoral areas, then analyzed the main situation, and on this basis predicted its future trends and development proposals. The results showed that, since 2000, overall livestock population has been growing, beef slaughter of pastoral and semi-pastoral areas counties has been rising, beef production has been increasing, annual average growth rates of them have been higher than national average. It is suggested that beef cattle production capacity of pastoral area has been increasing gradually. It was noteworthy that pastoral area still faced breeding to provide calf, grassland ecological protection, beef cattle production development mode transformation and so on. In the future, pastoral beef cattle production will transform from breeding and fattening to the whole industry chain, breeding mode will be diversified, beef cattle breeding will be paid more attention to grassland ecological protection, overall development of production will remain stable.
