水合氯醛、异丙酚、氯胺酮麻醉对小鼠血液学指标的影响

Effect of Chloraldurat,Propofol,Ketamine on Hematology in Mice

目的观察水合氯醛、异丙酚、氯胺酮麻醉对小鼠血液学指标的影响。方法选用水合氯醛(0.04 mL/10g),异丙酚(0.03 mL/10g),氯胺酮(0.04 mL/10g)腹腔注射麻醉小鼠,麻醉30 min后眼球取血测定大鼠血液细胞学指标及血液生化指标。结果 3种药物麻醉小鼠30 min后,小鼠部分血液生化指标和血液细胞学指标与生理盐水对照组相比均有不同程度的差异。结论麻醉药物可对小鼠的血液学指标产生影响。

Objective To observe the effect of chloradurat,propofol,ketamine on hematology in mice.Method Mice were anaesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of chloradurat,propofol,and ketamine respectively.Result Serum biochemical parameters and blood cell indexes of anesthetized mice showed significant difference in comparison with normal mice.Conclusion Anaesthesia can affect the hematology considerably.
