摘要
对4种SPF级动物运输箱的理化性质和两种灭菌方法的灭菌效果以及在屏障环境中的存放时限进行了比较。结果发现预真空高压蒸汽灭菌法要优于紫外线辐照灭菌法,塑料运输箱和盖帽型运输箱在屏障系统中存放时间要长于纸质运输箱和钙塑运输箱。
The physicochemical properties of four SPF animal transport box,the sterilization effect of two methods and storage time in barrier environment were compared,respectively.Results show that the pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilization method is better than ultraviolet radiation sterilization,the storage time of plastic boxes and blocks transport box in the barrier system is longer.
