西部开发 ,营造良好的投资环境要先行。基于西部现状分析 ,东西部环境的对比 ,总结西部环境中的劣势。针对劣势 ,有的放矢 。
In order to explore West, constructing the perfect investment environment is the first thing. Based on the analysis of the current circumstances in West China, contrasting the environments between the east and the west, this article concludes that the investment environment in the west are inferior to the east and comes up with suggestions for the establishment of better environments.
