摘要
心房颤动的治疗包括药物治疗和非药物治疗,药物治疗目前仍是房颤治疗的主要方法,主要包括控制心室率、复律、非抗心律失常、抗凝药物几大类,本文拟综述近年来房颤在临床上的药物治疗现状。
The treatment of atrial fibrillation includes drug treatment and non-drug treatment. Currently, drug treatment is still the primary method for treating atrial fibrillation and mainly includes drugs for controlling ventricular rate, drugs for cardioversion, non-antiarrhythmic drugs, and anticoagulant drugs. This paper aims to review the clinical medication for atrial fibrillation in recent years.
