摘要
通过运用对大孔吸附树脂D101先氯甲基化后功能化的方法,实现了对D101的高效胺羧酸功能化改性。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和BET比表面积测试的方法对D101及其氯甲基化和胺羧酸化改性后产物的结构进行了表征,并对胺羧酸功能化改性工艺条件进行了系统考察和优化。得到最佳功能化改性工艺条件为:mD101∶mPAA∶mDMF∶mNaOH=1.0∶0.5∶12.7∶0.5,反应温度55℃,反应时间48h。在最佳工艺条件下,制得的胺羧酸化D101中胺羧酸的含量为1.54mmol/g。
The efficient amine carboxylated functional modification of macroporous adsorption resin D101 was obtained through chloromethylation and functionalization on commercially available D101. The structure of D101 and its modified product were characterized by FT-IR and BET. The preliminary investigation and optimization of amine carboxylated modification conditions were performed and obtained as follows. The optimum conditions were as follows, mD101: mPAA: mDMF: mNaOH=1. 0 : 0. 5: 12. 7: 0. 5, the reaction temperature 55 ℃ and the optimal reaction time 48 h. The content of amine carlooxylated in the modified D101 under the optimum conditions was 1.54 mmol/g.
