超声引导下的后路腰丛神经阻滞 被引量:6

摘要 腰丛神经阻滞可应用于全髋关节置换等下肢手术,其在血流动力学的稳定、术后镇痛、减少吗啡用量和加快患者康复等方面较全身麻醉和椎管内阻滞具有明显优势,以往由于复杂的操作、成功率不满意和并发症等,使腰丛神经阻滞并未得到广泛应用。近年由于超声定位引导技术的引入,腰丛神经阻滞又受到关注。
