摘要
通过试验研究了三异丙醇胺(TIPA)对掺矿渣粉、石灰石及粉煤灰的复合硅酸盐水泥的增强效果。结果表明,复合硅酸盐水泥的强度与混合材"矿渣粉-石灰石-粉煤灰"的组成密切相关,TIPA对复合硅酸盐水泥的增强效果也因混合材不同而存在一定的差别。对大部分复合硅酸盐水泥而言,TIPA的早强作用不明显,后强作用比较明显。粉煤灰掺量较高时,TIPA的增强效果较为突出;矿渣粉含量较高时,增强效果较弱。
Strength-enhancing effect of triisopropanolamine (TIPA) on composite Portland cement, the ordinary cement blending with GGBS, limestone and fly ash, was investigated. The results showed that the strength of composite Portland cement was closely related to the composition of cement admixture, i.e. the percentage content of GGBS-limestone-fly ash. Further, the strength-enhancing effect of TIPA on composite Portland cement also varied with different cement admixture. TIPA could hardly increase the early-strength of most composite Portland cements, while it could obviously improve their later-age strength, especially when the cement contains a high content of fly ash. However, it had limited effect on the cement with a high content of GGBS.
