Postoperative care of 51 patients undergoing tricuspid valve replacement

总结51例行三尖瓣置换术后患者的护理经验。1例术后死于重度低心排综合征;6例肾功能不全行床旁血滤,其中2例术前合并肝肾功能不全,术后加重,行血滤透析治疗无效死于多器官功能衰竭;2例行二次开胸手术,其中1例术后出现心包填塞,1例术后出血;10例出现心律失常;4例患者术后安装永久起搏器。严密监测生命体征,维护右心功能,维持水电解质、酸碱平衡,对术后低心排综合征、多器官功能衰竭及恶性心律失常等并发症及时防范并采取有效的治疗护理措施,取得满意效果。

This paper summarizes the experience of postoperative care of 51 patients undergoing tricuspid valve replacement. One patient died of serious low cardiac output syndrome, 6 patients received bedside hemodialysis for renal insufficiency and 2 cases died of multiple organ failure, 2 patients underwent secondary thoraeotomy and one case suffered from cardiac tamponade and one case experienced postoperative bleeding. 10 patients suffered from cardiac arrhythmia, 4 patients were installed permanent pacemaker. The key points in nursing were close observation of vital signs,maintaining right heart function,fluid electrolyte and acid-base balance,preventing and treating postoperative complications such as low cardiac output syndrome,multiple organ failure and cardiac arrhythmia.
