This paper summarizes .the nursing care of 57 patients with fungal corneal ulcer treated by ultraviolet Mriboflavin eoraeal collagen cross-linking combined with antifungal agents. The key points in nursing were careful preoperative preparations and health education, strict intraoperative aseptic techniques and active cooperation with the surgeons, close postoperative observation of patients＇ condition, proper pain management, and intensive treatment with antifungal agents. All patients completed the whole process of treatment without postoperative complications.
