摘要
以麦瓶草为试材,采用基质培法,研究了不同氮钾营养配施水平对麦瓶草形态指标和产量的影响。结果表明:在N素水平为8.0mmol/L、K素水平为5.0~7.5mmol/L时,可有效提高麦瓶草的株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶面积和根长,有利于麦瓶草的形态建成;在N素水平为8.0~12.0mmol/L,K素水平在5.0~7.5mmol/L条件下,麦瓶草产量较高。
Taking Silene conoidea L. as material,the effects of different combined application of nitrogen and potassium levels on the morphological indicators and yield of Silene conoidea L. were studied using matrix culture. The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,root length and leaf area were increased with the scope of 8. 0 mmoI/L ni- trogen level and 5. 0-8. 0 mmol/L potassium level,so it was advantageous to Silene conoidea L. morphogenesis. The yield of Silene conoidea L. was higher under the conditions of 8. 0-12. 0 mmol/L nitrogen and 5. 0-7. 5 mmol/L potassium.
