青少年使用手机上网与主观幸福感、自我控制的关系研究 被引量:21

Teenagers' Access to the Internet with Cell Phones and Its Relationship with Their Subjective Well-Being and Self-Control

摘要 研究青少年手机使用情况、主观幸福感及自我控制能力的关系。采用自编手机使用情况问题、主观幸福感量表和自我控制量表修订版对1552名初高中学生进行测量。运用t检验、x2检验及非条件logistic回归分析变量间的关系。结果发现:使用手机上网学生在自我控制及其三个维度方面得分均高于非使用手机上网学生,使用与非使用手机上网学生在主观幸福感方面差异不显著;女生使用手机上网较男生多,高中学生使用手机上网比初中生显著增加,文科生较理科生使用手机上网行为显著提高;非条件logistic回归分析显示性别、受教育程度以及自我控制的三个维度均显著正向作用于手机上网行为。结论:使用手机上网的群体自我控制能力较低,主观幸福感与一般青少年一致。 This study aims to explore the relationship between teenagers' use of cell phones, their subject well-being, and their self-control, by using questionnaires and scales to survey 1552 secondary school students, and using t-test, x^2-test and the non-conditional logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the variables. The restdts show the following: the students using cell phones score higher in three dimensions of self-control than those using no cell phones, and neither of the groups shows significant difference in their subject well-being; the girls visiting the Intemet with cell phones outnumber the boys; a significantly increasing number of upper secondary school students visit the Intemet with cell phones, compared with the lower secondary school students; a significantly increasing number of liberal arts majors visit the Intemet with cell phones, compared with the science majors; the non-conditional logistic regression analysis shows that gender, educational background, and self-control have a significantly positive effect on their online behavior by using cell phones. The study con- eludes that those visiting the Intemet with cell phones have a poor ability in self-eontrol, and their subjective well- being is identical with average adolescents'.
